The White House is located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, DC. It has been the residence of every US president since John Adams in 1800. With the results of this year's elections announced, we want to know who all will be living in the grand White House now.

The White House is the home for the president and the first family along with their staff. Right now, outgoing President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump and their son, Barron Trump, live in the White House. But soon President-elect Joe Biden will take over the White House, while his wife Jill Biden will accompany him as the new first lady in their new residence. The Bidens have not yet revealed exactly who will live in the White House, but it is for sure that Jill Biden will be residing with her husband.

On Saturday, November 7, it was reported that Biden's two dogs, Major and Champ - the first dogs - will also be living with the new president. For the first time in four years, dogs are heading back to the White House. As former President Barack Obama also had two pets. It is not revealed if Biden's son Hunter and his family will be moving in with Joe to the White House. At present, Hunter is living in his Hollywood Hill home worth $2.5 million.

The White House has 132 rooms, 35 bathrooms and six levels in the Residence. There are also 412 doors, 147 windows, 28 fireplaces, eight staircases and three elevators.

The news of Biden's historic win sparked celebrations on the streets of America with people pictured dancing in New York and Washington DC. Victory in Pennsylvania put Biden firmly over the magical 270 electoral college vote mark with 273 after days of suspense in one of the most nail-biting races in the US political history.

"America, I’m honored that you have chosen me to lead our great country. The work ahead of us will be hard, but I promise you this: I will be a President for all Americans — whether you voted for me or not. I will keep the faith that you have placed in me," Biden tweeted.

Jill Biden tweeted a picture of her with her husband and captioned it: "He will be President for all of our families."
