Stephanie Williams gets vulnerable in front of the cameras and her journey as a queer woman is not easy. In Episode 2, the Fab Five helped Stephanie transform herself. Rae Lynn McCain, Stephanie's long-term partner, nominated her as she saw her deteriorating self-confidence.
The Fab Five helped her regain her confidence, with Tan France asking her to take pride in her skin. Antoni added veggies to her meals to make it more healthy. Bobby Berk helped her with a gorgeous bedroom renovation. Karamo Brown helped her fight internalized homophobia while Jonathan cut her hair short and turned it blonde for a makeover.
Stephanie kept her blonde look and is engaged to Rae in May 2023. The couple now live in New Orleans. Stephanie continues to work in Cox Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Council. Stephaine and Rae might get married soon as they were gifted wedding bands by Jared in November 2023.
3. UNO's Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity brothers, Episode 1, 'Queer Eye' Season 7
The Fab Five transformed the lives of brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha in the first episode of 'Queer Eye' Season 7. The fraternity brothers are Josh Johnson, Josh Allen, Demario, Ian Raybour, and Marco.
The Fab Five were shocked to see the mold and fly-infested home, which once used to be tidy and clean. Tan France helped the boys revamp their fashion and be a bit more mature. Antoni helped them set up their dirty kitchen and clean up their refrigerator. Jonathan asked the boys to take care of themselves and invest in makeovers. Jonathan requested Cooper Lemon to trim his long beard and asked Ian to loosen up his. Demario added highlights to his hair. Karamo focused on the need for communication and asked them to share their joy and grief among themselves. Bobby Berk helped them with a quick hose renovation.
Presently, the boys have learned to take care of themselves. As the Fab Five left, Ryan took the leadership role seriously and delegated tasks to each housemate. They bonded well after the counseling by Fab Five and now they celebrate birthdays together. Demario is set to graduate in 2025 and Ian Raybour has already graduated UNO.
4. Maryam Henderson Uloho, Episode 6, 'Queer Eye' Season 7
She was in jail for more than 12 years before becoming an entrepreneur and motivational speaker. While in jail, she felt that women need to help women once they leave prison. Mary was nominated by her companion, Anthony, who met Mary through Sister Hearts. Karomo Brown helped her regain her familial ties and contact her children again. Bobby Berk added some plants to bring in positivity to her otherwise dark home. Antoni urged her to start a small food stall and rediscover the joy of cooking food. Tan helped her revamp her wardrobe and style.
Maryam is currently the executive CEO and founder of Sister Hearts Collectables & The Decarceration Centre. She is also a professional speaker and lecturer. Currently, she is focused on her well-being, and often goes on manicure sessions and hair salons.
5. Michael Richards, Episode 7, 'Queer Eye' Season 7
Michael Richards, a 'hero' of 'Queer Eye' season 7, is deeply committed to social justice and urban farming.
Grooming expert Jonathon Van Ness helped him get a nice hair makeover. Karamo Brown helped Michael with getting community help for him to overcome his fears. The fashionista, Tan France, helped re-design his outfits and made his wardrobe more 'formal' friendly. A food and wine expert, Antoni helped him with the 'Recirculating Farms' annual fundraiser event as he looked after the catering and display of veggies.
Presently, according to his Instagram bio, he is an agtivist, urban farmer, and model. He is also engaged to Kaila Vignes, who helped him throughout his transformation journey. He is also in the process of becoming Executive Director of Recirculating Farms.
6. Jenni Seckel, Episode 4, 'Queer Eye' Season 7
Jenni Seckel, the former principal of KIPP New Orleans, was nominated by her school's current principal. The Fab Five transformed her into a socialite to host a part for the first time at her place. Bobby Berk helped Jenni as he remodeled the house and installed some bookshelves. Bobby transformed the student dorm into a New York penthouse apartment. Antoni Poroswki, meanwhile, helped Jenni nurture the joy of cooking and even taught her some French delicacies. Tan France, the fashion guru, helped her find her style according to her job profile and body type. Karamo Brown aided with therapy and asked her to stop criticizing herself. Jonathan helped her get an ultimate makeover.
Presently, Jenni Seckel lives her life fully. She goes on vacations with family and friends. She does not fear going on trekking in Yosemite with her close ones. She shares snaps with her partner Chance Norman on social media. Now, Jenni does not fear throwing parties or even attending them in style. She is presently the School Leader at KIPP New Orleans.
7. Ray Walker or Speedy, Episode 3, 'Queer Eye' Season 7
In the episode, Ray Walker shares his experience of coming to terms with the loss of his legs in an automobile accident in 2020 while he was on his way to drop some flowers at his grandmother's burial site. Karamo Brown, the culture and lifestyle expert, spotted Speedy on TikTok. Speedy wants to be a motivator and inspires others to fulfill their dreams despite hurdles.
Speedy was helped by the Fab Five in all ways. Bobby Berk, the interior expert, helped him redesign his apartment and made the toilet wheelchair accessible. They even covered his rent for the year 2024 and gifted him electronic appliances that would make his job easier. Antoni helped him with his cooking desires and added fun elements to the kitchen space. The grooming expert Jonathan Van Ness was happy to see his braids but wanted to change Speedy's hair, adding honey color extension to the braids. Jonathon also helped Speedy with therapy. Style icon Tan France gave him the confidence to wear shorts that he stopped wearing after the accident and also purchased some skinny-fitting pants for him to help him with the wheelchair. Karamo helped him with therapy and motivated him to get over the trauma.
Presently, Ray Walker is a TikTok sensation with over 161.4K followers. He shares disability awareness videos on TikTok and YouTube as well. He is also recovering from his injury and constantly trying to get over his disability. He recently shared his experience on the Children's Hospital New Orleans' page, speaking about gaining confidence and rebuilding his life after the disaster. He has risen to new heights as the Krewe of Champions. This mental health advocate also keeps himself fit.
