First Lady Melania Trump has not been seen since January 1 in public and this has led to social media users wondering where she is. It has also left her followers concerned and wondering where she was during the Capitol riots and violence. Melania was nowhere to be seen during the January 6 riots that saw Trump supporters breaching the Capitol to prevent lawmakers from declaring President-elect Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 election.

The violence and chaos resulted in the deaths of at least five people. Melania was last seen online on January 1 when she tweeted, "Wishing everyone a #HappyNewYear! May 2021 be filled with the blessings of joy, good health & peace throughout the year!"

Many social media users took to speculating as to where Melania could be. One such user shared, "Melania Trump quit the job when her husband lost the election. She's been missing in action ever since." Another added, "@MaryLTrump Original Melania missing! Donald and original Melania left for Mar a Lago on Dec 23, but on return to WH on Dec 31 was a Body Double. Why big dark shades late evening on a dark winter day? Bodily dimensions are different. Original in Slovenia to avoid law suits?" Yet another shared, "This is the family with their finger on the nuclear button. Only one missing is Melania and her #BeBest props."

"Hopefully she’s already fled the country. Doubtful though, unless she’s already received her pay out," wrote another user. Yet another user who echoed the same sentiments revealed, "Notice how Baron, Melania, and all the other Trumps are missing right now? Did he get them out of the country because he knew he was about to start a civil war?" "#tdrlive Melania is missing in action. Hope Hicks may resign. Ivanka is in incognito mode. All the 'Ladies of the Court' have collected all their coins and are now looking for a new gig," wrote another.

We had earlier reported that President Donald Trump acted like "a monster" and was "mentally unreachable" during the violence. Trump also refused to "condemn his people" as they rioted and looted the Capitol.

Washington was left shaken on January 6 after Trump supporters stormed into the Capitol. A White House official said that Trump has refused to condemn his fans while comparing the violence to the Black Lives Matter protests last year. The source said, "He kept saying: 'The vast majority of them are peaceful. What about the riots this summer? No one cared when they were rioting. My people are peaceful. My people aren't thugs'. He didn't want to condemn his people. He was a total monster today."

As per Axios, many of Trump's aides and closest confidantes have given up trying to talk to him and they have dubbed the president "mentally unreachable". All through the violence and riots, neither Trump nor Melania did much to stop the violence or control the mob.
