BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Jennafer Lee, an influncer from the UK, approached the 'Botched' doctors with a unique request – she wanted them to give her a look that would visually reduce her height. Her specific ask was to appear shorter even when wearing high heels. This distinctive request showcased her desire for a particular aesthetic, and she sought the expertise of medical professionals to achieve this desired appearance.
"I would love a smaller waist, and I would really want to be made really smaller," she asked Dr Terry Dubrow, telling him she was 5'7 and would want to be around 5'2. The doctors were definitely taken by surprise with her unique request.

She further noted how her popularity over the years has made her seek more procedures. "I actually get paid to exist," she said. "People actually like to watch me on a daily basis, having all my treatments done, having super long nails, wearing fabulous clothes," she added, noting how her breasts were the most important aspect of what people like in her.
Who is Jennafer Lee from ‘Botched’?
Jennafer Lee, a 33-year-old tattoo artist from Bournemouth, gained attention for her natural good looks as a brunette. However, she later developed an "obsession" with the 'skinny blonde, ultra-feminine, ditsy, glamorous, bimbo' trend of the 1990s and noughties. Jennafer estimates she has invested more than £48,100 in achieving her desired appearance, considering expenses on her blonde hair and a lavish wardrobe.
Her monthly beauty routine includes 1.5ml of lip filler costing £250, 1ml of cheek filler for £200, work on her chin and mouth lines for £200, and Botox for £190. Annually, she spends £3,590, maintaining this routine for the past decade, accumulating a total of £35,900 on her aesthetic enhancements.
Jennafer revealed that she consistently attracted attention from men due to her natural looks. However, she expressed a desire to enhance her appearance to fulfill a more sexualized image, driven by the idea of men fantasizing about her. Jennifer specifically mentioned her aspiration for larger breasts as part of her pursuit of the idealized aesthetic.
"The booooobs where a long time coming I talked about since I was little but never had the means to get them done till I was older. I wanted boooobs since I was 12/13/14 | couldn't waitttt to be able to look this way. I didn't get surgery until 2021!! (couldn't afford it) Then I had two surgeries in the space of a year to get to the size l am now," she explained to her fans on Instagram.
Furtehr explaining how she got into her first surgery, she mentioned, "I actually wanted them since I was a kid!!! I booked a BA when I was 21 then couldn't get the money together. I lost my deposit and was so gutted. I learnt to live myself as I was and except myself how I was," she said. "I'm glad because I did truly love myself in the end how I was before but after 15 years I STILL wanted my boobs done so I was 100% confident I was doing the right thing and I had given my natural boobs a great run. haha time for the newbies!!" she added.
Apart from breast surgeries, Jennifer has also done several other cosmetic procedures like lip filler, cheek filler, chin filler, nasalizes, and lumi eves lashes.
Jennafer Lee reveals always wanting to look ‘trashy’ and ‘sl***y’
On her Instagram, Jennafer openly expressed her love for the trashy and sl***y aesthetic, desiring surgeries that would embody a bimbo appearance. Despite her family's disapproval of her chosen look, she remained committed to her vision of aesthetic enhancement and the pursuit of a more provocative image.
"My family don't like it but they love me! They accept this is me and always have done no matter what I did (changed my looks, my job etc) Nothing shocks them any more l've been doing wierd (in their eyes and wonderful stuff to my looks and lifestyle since I can remember. The booooobs where a long time coming I talked about since I was little but never had the means to get them done till I was older," see explained.
Speaking of her past surgeries, Jennafer revealed that she underwent another breast augmentation in March of the previous year. She has also had fillers in her lips, cheeks, and Botox. Notably, she dissolved her lips before the latest procedure and is eagerly anticipating refilling and reshaping them soon. Jennafer expressed her intention to share updates on the treatment as soon as it becomes possible.
What surgeries does Jennafer Lee wants to get done in the future?
Jennafer expressed her openness to undergoing rib removal surgery in the future. She shared that her perspective on different surgeries has evolved over time, comparing it to her passion for getting tattoos, which has led her to appreciate the constant evolution of these procedures. "Like anything else in this world, the line gets further and further away if you asked me 3 years ago i would have said no to this," she said
While acknowledging that some might perceive her choices differently, she emphasized her love for self-improvement and the allure of trying new things." I also love when something is new. Hair, nails, lips, tattoos, laser, boobs, clothes, shoes, houses, cars, experiences. But my passion and perception of different surgeries (now ive experienced it is forever evolving just like how one tattoo turns into 65! i love bettering myself) I know in some eyes this is the opposite of that. I also love when something is new," she added.
Jennafer also mentioned specific surgeries she would consider in the future, including filler treatments, liposuction, brow lift, and lip lift, as part of her journey to enhance and refine her appearance.
