'Alaska Daily' gives the viewers a look at some picturesque locations and safe to say, much of it also shows the rich heritage of Anchorage. The second episode sees a moose make an appearance much to Eileen Fitzgerald's (Hilary Swank) amusement and fear, adding to how the series just lends more authenticity.

The second episode sees Eileen and Roz (Grace Dove) deep-dive further into Gloria Nanmac's death where they finally figure out where Toby Crenshaw, the last person to have seen her alive works. Parallelly, the episode focuses on another reporting assignment where Claire Muncy (Meredith Holz) investigates the case of an age-old diner called Rita's being shut down and having a Big Burger joint coming up.
