ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI: 'Selling Sunset' star Chrishell Stause has become a pro at selling houses.
In Season 7 Episode 3 of Netflix's show, the American actress can be seen helping out famed comedian Nikki Glaser to buy a home. As per a report by The Wrap, Nikki still lives in St.Louis, Missouri.
Nikki says, "Hello? Hi! I'm Nikki. Nice to meet you. Oh my gosh! this office is amazing."
Soon after, Jason replied, "You have no idea how much of an honor it is for me to meet my eighth favorite comedian."
Later on, Nikki said, "I'm so excited to be here and talk to you about the thing that I'm most scared of, which is buying a home. First time. I've rented. I'm 38. It's been recommended that I buy for a long time and I just can't pull the trigger, because I just don't like to commit too hard to something. First one's the hardest."
She revealed that she wants 2 bedrooms, a kitchen that has enough counter space to open Uber Eats and Postmates, a good view, and a lot of light and windows.
How many houses did Chrishell Stause sell in 2022?
During an interview with W magazine, Chrishell revealed the number of houses she sold in 2022. She was asked, "At this point, how much are you actually working in real estate?"
She responded, "As of June, I think I've done seven deals so far in real estate. It's not a ton of deals. I obviously could be doing a lot more if that were my sole focus, but it isn't. I try to only take the jobs that are going to be filming on the show, or involve people I've worked with in the past."
Then, Stause also shed some light on her future plans and said, "I'm actually excited to be able to dip my toe into a little acting and get something in before we go back."
Chrishell Stause bought a $3.3 million Hollywood Hills house in 2021
Chrishell bought a stunning $3.3 million mansion in June 2021 after her divorce from Justin Hartley. The living space sits on about one-third of an acre.
The 3,300 square feet property which was built way back in 1964 consists of 4 bedrooms, 4½-bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a big office, a dining area, and a master suite.
Along with this, it also consists of a heated pool and spa with a cabana, bathroom, and two outdoor fireplaces.
Chrishell Stause plans to start a family with G Flip
In an episode, Chrishell can be seen spilling the beans on starting a family with her partner G Flip.
She told her sister Shonda, "I’m very happy. I just feel like it’s not complicated anymore, everything fits. Now you’ve seen me with G and why I’m wanting to check out of anything that stresses me out. This stress that I had about a timeline, it’s completely gone. We’re excited to adopt at some point, and it’s one of those things that, at any point, we could do that."
Stause continued, "I don’t know what it’s going to look like, maybe a baby, maybe a six-year-old, I have no idea. When that day comes, we both are really passionate about being able to do that together, and I am excited."
