DIXON, KENTUCKY: '1000-lb Sisters' star Amy Slaton and her ex-husband Michael Halterman have moved on amid their messy split.

However, Amy and Michael also finalized their divorce on September 6 after they parted ways in February 2023.

According to the court documents obtained by The Sun, "Marital settlement agreement is approved and incorporated by reference as if set forth verbatim and the parties are ordered to obey the terms thereof."

Michael had originally filed for dissolution of marriage with children against Amy on March 13. The now ex-couple had a long messy court battle spanning six months.

However, Amy has reportedly moved on from Michael and has been living with her new boyfriend Tony Rodgers in Kentucky.

Tony originally hails from Battle Creek, Michigan, but moved to the Bluegrass State to be with the reality television personality.

Meanwhile, Michael is currently living with his mother after he was ordered to move out of their marital Kentucky home.

Who gets the custody of Amy Slaton and Michael Halterman's children?

Amy Slaton and Michael Halterman shared split custody of their two children, Gage and Glenn, after a long custody battle. Previously, it was revealed that Michael believed he should be given joint custody because he has been a 'caregiver' to his two sons since their birth, along with Amy.

Gage and Glenn will have a shared parenting schedule that will allow both Amy and Michael to maximize the amount of available parenting time.

The TLC couple welcomed to Gage in November 2020. In January 2022, the former couple announced they were expecting another baby.
