LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Do you want to see more of Gerry Turner and his Golden Girls at the Bachelor Mansion?

President Biden's speech to the nation on October 19 will cause some changes in the prime-time schedule.

With Biden scheduled to speak to the country about the ongoing Israel-Hamas crisis at 8/7c, ABC announced on Wednesday that 'The Golden Bachelor' will now air immediately after at 8.22 pm in the Eastern and Central time zones.

Mountain and Pacific time zones will not be affected.

The remainder of ABC's Thursday night program will follow suit, beginning with 'Bachelor in Paradise' at 9.24 pm, followed by 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' at 11.57 pm, and Nightline at 12.59 am.

We're growing used to checking "Bachelor Mondays" off our calendars (not really).

After years of airing new episodes of 'The Golden Bachelor' (and 'Bachelor in Paradise') on Mondays, new episodes of 'The Golden Bachelor' (and 'Bachelor in Paradise') will premiere on ABC Thursdays and will be available to stream on Hulu every Friday until further notice.

What to expect from 'The Golden Bachelor' Episode 4?

In 'The Golden Bachelor' Episode 4, a recognizable figure from Bachelor Nation will be at the pickleball date.

Gerry Turner enjoys the sport and considers it one of his favorite pastimes. He has stated several times that he enjoys being active, and this is clearly an excellent way for him to do so.

ABC has shared some images for this date, and they show that the next Bachelor star Joey Graziadei will be there. Given that he is a tennis coach, it stands to reason that he would pitch in.

It's also cross-promotion because his season will premiere early next year. It had not yet begun production when 'The Golden Bachelor' first aired.

So, what kind of drama can you expect in the upcoming episode? The only possible conflict we witness is between Kathy Swarts and Theresa Nist, who appeared to argue over the latter disclosing too much information about her time with Gerry.

This week on 'The Golden Bachelor,' as a medical emergency disrupts the Pickleball Tournament, Gerry's affections for the remaining women become stronger, putting everyone on edge.

What happened in 'The Golden Bachelor' Episode 3?

Laughter, tears, romantic dates, controversy, a visit from a Bachelor Nation alum, and yet another surprise exit made up Episode 3.

Episode 3 began with America's darling angelic grandzaddy crying mysteriously outside the home.

We checked in with the 12 enthusiastic seniors fighting for our golden guy's heart before we saw him get crushed.

With "crunch time" coming, the ladies gathered in the mansion to chit-chat, consume non-champagne beverages, and reflect on their relationships with Ger Ber.

In Episode 3, Kathy formed "a group" named ASKN (April, Susan, Kathy, and Nancy) with the slogan "You're ASKN, we're TELLN."

Episode 3's first date? A group date! Jesse Palmer challenged all 12 ladies to a talent contest, with the winner receiving a romantic one-on-one meal with Gerry.

The guys invited previous Bachelorette lead Kaitlyn Bristowe to the stage to assist in judging the competition, and the golden girls wowed the audience with their strength, humor, and sensitivity.

Sandra demonstrated her standup abilities. Susan used some major karate techniques to break a board.

Ellen demonstrated her middle school sex education lectures to the audience. Faith sang an original song. April experimented with spoken word.

Kathy displayed her muscles with a few push-ups. Nancy did something with, oh, whipped cream.

Gerry was invited on stage by Leslie, a professional dancer, for a provocative dance. And Joan spent the day agonizing over her lack of unique abilities, only to win the whole thing with a funny original poem called 'I Just Hope I Don't Vomit On Your Shoes.'

Was Joan's Golden Bachelor performance her best? No! Gerry, on the other hand, loved her charisma, vulnerability, and bravery, so he followed his heart and took Joan to a romantic dinner where they bonded over losing their husbands, resuming dating, and hoping for a future together.

Joan stated that she began dating a year after her husband died, but thought it was too soon.

She abandoned her daughter and 15-day-old granddaughter two and a half years later to invest in herself and her future love story.

Despite accepting Gerry's rose, their possible happy ending ended before the episode ended.

Cameras recorded Joan weeping on the phone to her daughter, who was battling post-C-section, the morning after Joan and Gerry's lovely meal.

Joan walked inside weeping one night after Marina left the program to care for her family, telling the woman that even though her heart was aching, she had to go back home and be a mom.

Her fellow contenders sobbed for her because they knew how sure she was of her connection with Gerry.

Gerry, on the other hand, was being taken to the mansion after waking up "feeling like a million bucks."

Joan expressed her gratitude to Gerry for the first meaningful love connection she'd felt since her husband's death and explained her circumstances.

They hugged, sobbed, and said their goodbyes. Gerry cried outside the mansion even after Joan had departed.

Despite his sadness, Gerry stayed dedicated to the quest and dressed up for a one-on-one date with Ellen.

Michael Costello, a fashion designer, strolled into the estate and took Ellen to 'Dress Paradise,' where she had a small fashion display and chose a beautiful pink dress for a day of pampering, Gerry style.

The two talked about their wedding days, prior lovers, and other topics as they prepared for the major event.

Gerry claimed that he and his wife did not enjoy a honeymoon because they were "broke" - so destitute that they welcomed their parents for visits knowing they'd bring them groceries.

He gave Ellen a beautiful pair of earrings and whisked her away in a hot air balloon.

Throughout Episode 3, primarily one-sided tension had been developing between Kathy and one of Gerry's favorite girls, Theresa, since Theresa couldn't stop gushing about her fantastic Episode 2 date, which left Kathy understandably upset and insecure.

Kathy's friend April had advised the women to keep their lips hidden if they had personal moments with Gerry out of respect for everyone involved before the cocktail party, and Theresa wondered whether the phrase was meant for her.

While April was informing Theresa that Kathy was angry, Kathy burst into tears in front of Gerry, alleging she had been subjected to "a lot of meanness" over the week.

America's beautiful angelic grandzaddy answered by informing Kathy that her feelings were genuine and handing her a rose before the ceremony.

Theresa requested a conversation with Kathy, telling her she adored her and listened as Kathy revealed how the date recaps made her feel disregarded.

Gerry discovered Theresa weeping in a bedroom after she left the conversation.

Because the producers of 'The Golden Bachelor' keep doing these seniors wrong, the group reassembled for another standing — not sitting — rose ceremony, where Faith earned Gerry's first rose and Theresa received his last rose.

Joan, Edith, and Christina were also sent home in Episode 3. And just as it appeared like Kathy and Theresa's feud was over, Theresa leaned over to Kathy and revealed TMI about her relationship with Gerry...again.

Which ladies remain on 'The Golden Bachelor' after Week 3?

Faith, Sandra, Leslie, Nancy, Susan, April, and Theresa received roses from Gerry. After Joan chose to leave, he gave Ellen and Kathy date roses.

That left him with nine ladies for the next week.

Theresa informed the cameras that she had disclosed inappropriate information and was upset that she had troubled Kathy.

But at the wedding, she surprised Kathy by talking about Gerry again, whispering about how he'd comforted her earlier.
