How to watch 'RHOP' Season 8?
'RHOP' Season 8 airs on Bravo. Peacock is yet another place where you can view new Bravo episodes. New episodes will also be available on Hulu, FuboTV, Sling, and DirectTV Stream.
What to expect from 'RHOP' Season 8 Episode 2?
In the upcoming episode of 'RHOP' Season 8, to air on November 12, Nneka Ihim officially joins the cast.
Ashley Darby tells Wendy Osefo how Nneka brought up an article where Wendy was called "osu", or cursed. She adds, "She basically was like, 'Oh, Osu is like terrible."
Also in another cast meet-up for lunch, Robyn Dixon gets the side-eye from all of her co-stars amid her husband's cheating rumors. The 'RHOP' star later shares in a confessional, "You got something to say, then say it."
What happened in 'RHOP' Season 8 Episode 1?
Season 8 began with yet another lovely touch from the show's editors: a '90s-style comedy opener of a fake series called 'Potomac Proper,' featuring all of our favorite Housewives.
This nostalgic segment was intercut with a similarly bizarre montage of Season 8 events set to a pulsing techno tune.
Wendy's mother was said to be building voodoo temples to destroy new cast member Nneka; Robyn sobbed in the back seat of a sprinter van; and Karen Huger told viewers she had a 'contact high with 'Ganji', before a cloud of purple and orange smoke framed her face in slow-motion, twisted laughing.
However Robyn and Juan Dixon must sit down together to address what transpired between seasons, and they must do so on tape for posterity.
Viewers briefly met Karen-Giselle-Knowles-Carter-Huger, who appeared to be younger than ever, at a dinner with Wendy and Candiance Dillard.
They discussed Robyn's role in the series before moving on to Ashley, who is thriving in her new home, which still had her ex-husband's name on the mortgage.
After a mediocre first half, viewers finally checked into Hotel Gizelle. When Gizelle Bryant is onscreen, there's a crazy, unexpected effervescence that comes with her, especially when we enter a scene with her and her new "man friend," Jason.
Watching Gizelle cross-contaminate her kitchen with raw fish was the most entertaining aspect of this show. Mia Thornton and her husband Gordon were abruptly removed from their chiropractic clinic empire, restricting their income, following a family feud that ended in their expulsion.
Mia's only knuckles were cracking as she prepared to enter the monthly budgeting process.
Robyn, Gizelle, Ashley, and Charisse Jackson-Jordon's friend convene at Hotel Gizelle for an afternoon of Simply Spiked Lemonades. Each of the ladies wanted to gauge the present relationship between Robyn and Juan, while also strategically aligning themselves with her if the other half of the cast decided to go on the offensive this season.
Robyn put it succinctly: she doesn't care what the others have to say anymore, and that's good enough for the rest of the patio crowd.
Who stars in 'RHOP' Season 8?
Gizelle Bryant, Wendy Osefo, Ashley Darby, Karen Huger, Robyn Dixon, Candiace Dillard Bassett, Mia Thornton, and Nneka Ihim are among the cast members this year.
This season, Charrisse Jackson-Jordan will be back, while newbie Keiana Stewart will be adding to the drama.
'The Real Housewives of Potomac' Season 8 airs on Sundays at 8 pm ET on Bravo
