When will 'NCIS: New Orleans' Season 7 Episode 8 air? Pride will zero in on new suspect for therapist murder
‘Leda and the Swan, Part I’, episode 7 of ‘NCIS: New Orleans’ Season 7, aired January 17. Since then, we have had no new episodes for the show. While some of the absence can be attributed to CBS airing this season of the NFL's AFC championship, pandemic production guidelines may have a part to play in the delays. It’s understandable, but fans have to suffer through another week of no new episodes, which is all the more bothersome because episode 8 is supposed to be the second part of the two-episode story.

Sebastian (Rob Kerkovich) starts to form a bond with a key witness who was hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic.

When will the episode air?
As per CBS, ‘NCIS: New Orleans’ Season 7 Episode 8, written by Sydney Mitchel, and directed by Tim Andrew, will air on Sunday, February 14 -- Valentine’s Day -- from 10 pm to 11 pm ET/PT on the CBS Television Network. This week, instead of a new episode two older episodes of ‘NCIS: New Orleans’ will air on Saturday and Sunday.
On Saturday, January 30, the ninth episode of season 6 will air. Titled ‘Convicted’, the episode revolves around Eddie Barrett (Eddie Cahill), the man who murdered Special agent LaSalle (Lucas Black). After Barrett provides an alibi witness, Pride and the team become more determined than ever to find a break in the case and avenge Lasalle’s murder. On Sunday, January 31, the tenth episode of season 6 will air. The official plot summary for the episode is: “Pride is cut off from the team and backed into a corner after the investigation into Eddie Barrett uncovers a malicious plot.” No information has yet been provided about what will air next week.
Hopefully, after February 14, the show will get back on track and continue to give us all-new episodes every week. It’s fun to watch the older episodes, sure, but fans do crave the new stuff. Because so far, the seventh season has seen great writing, that far surpasses older seasons. Pride’s character and Dr. Wade’s (CCH Pounder) character have particularly been a treat to watch this time.
