As 'City on a Hill' Season 3 draws to a close, the penultimate episode makes for an interesting watch. The series sees each of the characters locked in their own battles and it doesn't appear to be a happy ending on the cards for most of them. While the likes of Jackie Rohr (Kevin Bacon) recover in the hospital, Decourcy Ward (Aldis Hodge) is on two missions — one in bringing down the Drydens, and the other in assisting his wife Siobhan (Lauren E Banks) in her case against Needham Industries.
Broadly, the logline of Season 3 reads, "Corrupt FBI agent Jackie Rohr (Kevin Bacon) is back, looking to exploit Boston's criminal justice system in a desperate attempt to salvage his own career. Unfortunately for Jackie, ADA Decourcy Ward (Aldis Hodge) is onto his adversary’s latest misstep."

What to expect from 'City on a Hill' Season 3 Episode 7?
Titled 'Boston Bridges, Falling Down', the official synopsis of Episode 7 reads, "As Jenny grows closer to Diarmuid Doyle, her unwitting husband Jackie is released from the hospital — and he’s after revenge. Siobhan calls on Decourcy for help cornering Needham Industries as she fights to expose the corporation’s malfeasance. After a break in the case against Sinclair Dryden, the DA’s office bumps up against an unforeseen obstacle." The episode is directed by Ed Bianchi and based on a script by Chris Andrien.
From the synopsis, it's clear that some massive developments set the tone for a potential Season 4. With Doyle and Jenny getting closer, the relationship will already have ramifications on Jackie, who earlier in the series expressed his immense displeasure about the father. Siobhan's battle against Needham Industries continues and the Drydens still seem not to be out of the woods yet. There's enough action that sets up the finale and safe to say, it won't be ending well for most of the key players — most notably Jackie.
