'Andor' Episode 8 promises to be an absolute humdinger, for two reasons. One, there is no clarity on the next mission, but after the events on Aldhani and the aftermath, there's no telling what's in store. The next part is about the Rebellion, and how it managed to strike the Empire just the way Luthen (Stellan Skarsgard) expected it to. It wasn't easy for the nascent resistance unit, but in raiding the Imperial garrison, they made a statement setting the tone for a larger battle in the BBY to come.

The official synopsis reads: "The Andor series will explore a new perspective from the Star Wars galaxy, focusing on Cassian Andor’s journey to discover the difference he can make. The series brings forward the tale of the burgeoning rebellion against the Empire and how people and planets became involved. It’s an era filled with danger, deception, and intrigue where Cassian will embark on the path that is destined to turn him into a rebel hero."

When will 'Andor' Episode 8 air on Disney+?

'Andor' Season 1 Episode 8 releases October 12, 2022, at 12 am PT and 3 am ET on Disney+.

What to expect from 'Andor' Episode 8?

Quite a bit of action so to speak. With Episode 7 all about the aftermath of the mission at Aldhani, the next episode will be the start of another three-episode arc and that means more of the Rebellion and Mon Mothma's moves to take down the Empire. There is also the possibility of Syril Karn (Kyle Soller) and Dedra Meero (Denise Gough) teaming up or at least crossing paths after the latter's investigation into the events at Ferrix was greenlit. With five episodes remaining, there's still a few storylines to be tied up, and perhaps the next chapter is where it will all be pieced together.

'Andor' Episodes 1-6 is streaming on Disney+
