'When the Weather is Fine' Episode 12: Hae-won and Eun-seop's relationship is endangered by a jealous Bo-young
'When the Weather is Fine' episode 12 portrays how Hae-won and Eun-seop's relationship progresses into full-fledged love. It begins with the two of them sharing an intimate moment, and from there it progresses into the two of them confiding in each other about their past while expressing the love that they have for each other in the present. Both Hae-won and Eun-seop have had a tough childhood, something which helps each to trust the other.
However, Bo-young, Eun-seop and Hae-won's high school classmate, might not let their relationship be. She betrayed Hae-won's confidence when they were in school and had revealed the reason she had moved from Seoul to Hyecheon. This had caused Hae-won to be bullied by her classmates for months. Now, she has found that Eun-seop and Hae-won are interested in each other and is unable to give up because she had liked Eun-seop from the time they were in school together.
She hadn't gathered the courage to confess her feelings until now, however, once she does explain to Eun-seop that she had liked him since they were in school, he is taken by surprise. He tells her that he never knew. So when she asks him if things would have been different had she confessed earlier, he replies that nothing would have changed. This disturbs her enough to take an extreme step. Knowing that Eun-seop always assists town members when people get lost in the mountain forest, she decides to intentionally get lost.
She wants to see if he would come to find her as well, and ends up calling him to say that she will not return without his help. However, he is busy with Hae-won and doesn't answer the call. How this will proceed is something that we would have to see in the next episode.
This episode also reveals that the one to save Hae-won when she tried to kill herself by drowning in the lake was Eun-seop. He had followed her that day and called her aunt in time to save her but she has no clue about it. She is also unaware of the fact that she really is Irene or that Eun-seop has been writing about her in his blog.
The last episode revealed a shocking detail about the death of Hae-won's father, and in continuation we see her aunt Myeong-yu struggle to deal with the guilt. She sends the first sentence of her book to her editor as promised and it reads, "Who do you think murdered my brother-in-law?" She claims that it is fiction, but from her reaction to her friend's death, she seems to be struggling still from the guilt of letting her sister take the blame for a crime that she had committed.
When will she reveal the truth and how will this affect Hae-won?
