Following their last date, Daisy began to doubt that she would be Joey's final choice. Reportedly, she visited Kelsey's room and conveyed, "It’s not me, it’s you, and I’m gonna tell him that tomorrow."
According to Reality Steve, two unprecedented occurrences in Bachelor Nation have led ABC to dub this situation as the "unprecedented ending."
The spoiler mogul asserted, "Technically that’s TWO things that have never happened before. 1) the final 2 girl going to the final girls room and basically conceding she won, and, 2) the final 2 girl knowing she lost heading into the final rose ceremony and tells him that before he has a chance to dump her."
In the finale episode's trailer, Joey is depicted crying as he awaits the arrival of the final two women. Another clip shows a car, likely indicating Daisy's departure from the show.
Ultimately, Joey is shown walking away from the beach without presenting a rose to either contestant.

Joey says, "Even though these women have given me nothing but confidence that they will choose me, there is still a doubt that they would yes."
Who will win 'The Bachelor' Season 28?
Until the last few weeks, it was reported that Daisy would win the season. But Reality Steve has now updated his spoiler, revealing that it is Kelsey who won 'The Bachelor' Season 28.
It has also been revealed that Kelsey and Joey have been engaged since the filming ended. It remains to be seen how Joey and Kelsey will react to Daisy's sudden departure from the show.
