PACIFIC HARBOUR, FIJI: 'Love Island USA' Season 5 latest episode was filled with intense suspense and drama. The episode kicked off with a text hinting at a surprise VIP guest appearance. Notably, the guest was none other than 'Vanderpump Rules' star Ariana Madix.

Ariana has definitely been through an intense rollercoaster these past few months in her personal life. But keeping all aside, the reality star hosted a villa game for a huge prize but also didn't miss a chance to call out an islander for his lie.

Ariana Madix slams Marco Donatelli for lying about his 'body count'

In the latest episode of 'Love Island USA', Ariana served as the host for a new challenge instead of becoming an islander herself. The challenge was called Mr and Mrs and tested just how well the current couples know each other. Besides the compatibility check, the game also brought some tension and drama. The game kicked off with a challenge to reveal their body counts. Ariana asked the girls to reveal their partner's body count.

Marco revealed in the latest episode that his body count was 71. However, when Ariana turned to Hannah for Marco's body count, the 'Vanderpump Rules' star slammed him about his lie. She said, "Oh Marco... I have been watching this season so far that is not the answer that you originally said." As viewers could recall, Marco dubbed himself a player and previously noted that his body count is 72.

'Why would Marco lie about his body count in this challenge'

'Love Island USA' Season 5 appears to be happy with Ariana for calling out Marco for his lie. A social media user wrote, "Ariana exposing Marco for being a liar, love it." Another viewer tweeted, "Ariana calling out Marco for lying in the teal cult gaia UGH she’s really that girl. make her the host." Marco I know you didn’t lie to Hannah about body count 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️," added another person. Another follower noted, "Ariana calling out Marco for lying about his body count…. Hannah leave that man 😭💀." Another Twitter user questioned, "Why would Marco lie about his body count in this challenge when he willingly gave out that information on day 2." Another critic penned, "Not ariana clocking marco and his wrong answer for his own body count."
