What happened between Chanel Ayan and Lesa Milan? 'RHODubai' Season 2 stars call off their friendship
DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: The 'Real Housewives of Dubai' stars Chanel Ayan and Lesa Milan made their Bravo show debut with a strong friendship which seemed to be sabotaged in Season 2. The trailer of the upcoming installment has teased a dramatic fight between Ayan and Milan.
Caroline Brooks stirred the pot when she told Lesa that "somebody stole her best friend." Brooks notably referred to Ayan and her budding friendship with Caroline Stanbury. In the confessional interview, Milan noted about her estranged friend, "Ayan is jumping on the Stan-wagon. The only wagons I ride are G."
The tension escalated between the three housewives, Ayan, Milan and Stanbury during a dinner party. Milan claimed, "A snake will always change their skin but they’ll always be a snake." However, Stanbury responded, "I feel the same about you, darling." In a separate scene, Ayan accused Milan of trying to come between her and Stanbury and furiously exclaimed, "My friendship with you is over!"
Lesa Milan teases her broken friendship with Chanel Ayan at BravoCon
During the live premiere of 2023 BravoCon, 'RHODubai' Season 2 star Lesa Milan hinted that she and Chanel Ayan had hit a rough patch while filming the upcoming instalment. Milan noted, "Listen, I love Chanel Ayan." She added, "I'll always love her. Just like most relationships, we're going through something right now."
TheBravo star further noted, "But let's see, time will tell if we’ll be back to being the dynamic duo." Meanwhile, The 'Real Housewives of New York City' star and Ayan's cousin, Ubah Hassan, also weighed in on the friendship during the live chat. She shared, "I can second that, They do love each other very much."
However, Ayan teased about Season 2 that it would include, "Lots of betrayal, fun, sisterhood, and love."
Chanel Ayan claims Lesa Milan 'blocked' her on social media
'RHODubai' Season 2 stars Chanel Ayan and Lesa Milan have dragged their dramatic feud to social media which was noticeable to their fans. The Queens of Bravo Instagram account recently shared the receipts of Ayan and Milan no longer following each other on social media.
However, Ayan took to the comment section and made it clear that she didn't unfollow her former friend instead, Milan has blocked her. She wrote, "I didn’t know I was blocked."
The 'Real Housewives of Dubai' will be available to watch on June 2, at 9 pm ET on Bravo
