LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Lifetime has a string of movies in line for their spring frenzy that includes 'Girl in the Closet', 'Twisted Sister', 'Every Breath She takes', and, 'The Hillsdale Adoption Scam' with the latter grabbing quite a few eyeballs. Directed by Asia Youngman and co-written by Justin D James, 'The Hillsdale Adoption Scam' is a story about a couple (Bethany and Terrence) who desire more children but are unable to have the same. They take help from a pregnant stranger letting the story take an eerie turn as the couple learns new and unsettling information about her.

Terrence is hesitant about Georgia, but Bethany dives in head first taking Georgia shopping, renting her an apartment, and even giving her a job at her successful interior design firm. As the pregnancy progresses even Bethany has to admit things don’t seem right so she begins to look into Georgia’s past."
