The Hulu series is a reboot version of the original show that aired from 1993-1998. The show has previously won the 22nd Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Animated Children's Program in 1995.
Apparently, the reboot of the original show was set to have just two seasons, however, Hulu and Warner Bros renewed the show for a third and final season in early 2021 and just announced its release date last month. There will be one change though, the upcoming season would be three episodes shorter than the previous seasons.
