What are the most requested celebrity body parts? ‘Botched’ doctors reveal crazy client requests
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Botched' has become one of the major successful medical shows. This series features Dr Paul Nassif and Dr Terry Dubrow who help people with transformational surgeries. The new season of 'Botched' will air on January 18, 2024 at E! at 10 pm ET.
The sought-after plastic surgeons mostly set out to correct the damage done in previous surgeries. In short, they help you get over your plastic surgery nightmare.
Celebrities and influencers play a massive role in the plastic surgery scenario. Their unachievable beauty standards make people want to get those surgeries.
It is no doubt that the Kardashians and Jenners have played a major role in raising unexpected beauty standards.
The 'Botched' doctors too get requests for such crazy beauty procedures.
Dr Dubrow explained in an interview with E! Online, "It all started with Kylie's lips.
"She started a trend of young girls coming into our office with pictures of Kylie, showing her lips, wanting her lips," he said.
Another thing that the Kardashians have influenced is the 'butt' area, especially Kim Kardashian.
Even though celebrities often do not agree that they have cosmetic procedures done, they are the biggest influencers of such procedures.
The Kardashians have very ample rear ends, and a lot of people want their rear ends. It has become very popular to have fat transferred from other parts of your body to buttocks. This is called a Brazilian Butt Lift.
Speaking about Season 8, the 'Botched' doctors also mentioned how people in recent times are copying Blac Chyna, Kylie Jenner, McKenzie Westmore. Patients are hooked on buccal fat removal. The buccal fat is located in the middle of the cheek and is the main cause of 'baby face' appearance. Removal of buccal fat can slim down the face.
Meet Jordan, the lip filler addict who was turned down by 'Botched' doctors
Jordan James Parke, the Manchester-based esthetician, is a self-proclaimed 'lip filler addict'. He loves getting lip fillers and wants to look like Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
During the consult, Jordan told Dr Dubrow and Dr Nashiff that he normally gets 4 ml (lip filler) in the top of his lips and 2 ml in the bottom.
Dr Dubrow was shocked to hear the amount of filler as he stated that normally it is 'half a milliliter' in the upper lips. The doctors warned Jordan, that if this continues, his lips will explode. They knew about Jordan's lip filler addiction and hence did not go forward with the surgery.
He came back in 2019 and had a transformation. As the 'Botched' doctors pointed out, he looks better and healthy. Jordan gave up lip filler procedures as the doctors suggested to him. This time he came with another bizarre request for a butt uplift and fat transfer just like Kim Kardashian. The 'Botched' doctors declined to operate once more.
Dr Terry Dubrow reveals dangers of Brazillian Butt lifts
Dr Terry Dubrow, while speaking to TMZ, revealed that Brazilian Butt Lift is a dangerous surgery to get. It can be tagged as one of the most dangerous operations with the highest fatality rate.
Brazillian Butt Lift is a popular cosmetic procedure that involves the transfer of fat (fat grafting) by a surgeon to sculpt a larger backside. He stated the major problem is that the little veins in the buttock lead to the vena cave, which is a major blood vessel back from your body to your heart and your lungs.
He advised instead to hit the gym and develop buttocks instead of getting a fatal surgery.
'Botched' Season 8 promises to be 'most advanced season'
Dr Terry Dubrow and Dr Paul Nassif, the Californian plastic surgeons, explained how 'Botched' Season 8 was about Hollywood trends having an impact on their clients.
They said, it is a really interesting combination as the new season will also have a combination of trauma cases, congenital deformities, and patients with plastic surgery complications.
The season also features an emotional case that Dr Nassif feels to be the biggest challenge in his career.
