TULSA, OKLAHOMA: A twisted 19-year-old Oklahoma teenager, Christopher Jameson, has entered a guilty plea for the heinous killing of multiple animals at a local pet store on Tuesday, September 29.

The harrowing incident took place at a Petland store near Memorial and Penn, where Jameson's actions resulted in the brutal deaths of innocent animals.

Jameson's guilty plea includes charges of felony cruelty to animals, larceny of merchandise from a retailer, and offenses related to animals.

The disturbing events unfolded on July 13, when the teenager broke the neck of a parakeet, strangled a bunny, and stomped on a helpless hamster.

Additionally, a guinea pig went missing during the ordeal, leaving its fate uncertain.

Will Christopher Jameson undergo mental health treatment?

As part of his sentencing, Jameson will undergo an in-custody Regimented Inmate Discipline (RID) program, followed by inpatient mental health treatment.

His sentencing has been postponed until March 6, 2024. If he successfully completes the program, his sentencing may be deferred for another seven years.

However, if unsuccessful, his plea will stand as a blind plea deal to the court. Bond has been denied in this case.

The incident deeply affected Carl Swanson, the owner of the Petland store, who described it as a shocking and terrible event for his staff and employees.

"The attack on the three innocent animals came out of nowhere," Swanson said. "It was terrible for my staff and my employees."

Despite the quick response of the store's workers, they were unable to prevent the tragic outcome. He added, "We are heartbroken. They did it quick because we always have workers on the floor to help," reported Fox News

Who was Christopher Jameson's female accomplice?

The shocking act of cruelty was captured on the store's surveillance camera.

The still photos and video clips taken shortly after the incident revealed Jameson and an unidentified female accomplice displaying an oddly upbeat demeanor, contrasting starkly with the savage nature of their alleged crimes.

The Oklahoma Police Department took action after the incident came to light, sharing a picture of the two suspects on their Facebook page and seeking the public's help in locating them.

Subsequent investigations revealed that Jameson had carried out the animal killings, while the identity of the female accomplice remains undisclosed.

Jameson voluntarily surrendered to authorities on July 29, following the issuance of an arrest warrant the day before.
