The first season of 'Welcome To Plathville' introduced the Plath family and their traditional beliefs that were unlike anything people had ever seen before. Kim and Barry Plath had tried to raise their nine children on their 55-acre farm with the hope that they could stay away from the modern world and enjoy a piece of their traditional lives.

However, things changed when the Plath children start questioning things. Season 2 will give a closer look at this change and here's everything we know about it:

Release date

The show is set to release on November 10, 2020, at 10 pm ET on TLC.

Plot

This season, the show will explore how the lives of the Plath family changed overnight when some of the Plath children decided to seal their fate on their own terms. Brother and sister, Micah and Moriah had a hard time adjusting with their family. After a lot of thinking, they decided to spread their wings and follow their dreams.

Micah decided to pursue modeling and make a career out of it while also dating. On the other hand, Moriah moved out of her parent's home and started focusing on things that she loves. The reality star also found herself a boyfriend who will be introduced to viewers on the show.

Meanwhile, Olivia and Ethan have been struggling with their relationship ever since Kim and Barry stopped them from meeting the younger Plath children. Kim thought Olivia's values and outlook on life may affect the children negatively. To make sure the Plath children did not cultivate any bad habits, they decided to stop the pair from meeting them.

This put a strain on their marriage to the extent that they spoke about divorce. However, Ethan decided to cut his ties with his family in the hope that they can rekindle their romance. While things have been different outside the Plath farm, not much has changed inside it.

Kim and Barry continue to follow their lifestyle where the Plath children are not allowed to have sugar, watch TV or access the internet. However, Moriah and Micha decide to change the rules in the house, but will they succeed?

Cast

The Plath family will be coming together for yet another season. The show will feature Kim, Barry, Moriah, Micah, Ethan, Olivia and the other Plath children.

Trailer

The trailer hints at a lot of ups and downs that are about to take place in the Plath family. Micah and Moriah decide to follow their dreams and break free from the rules that were once laid on them. Kim and Barry, on the other hand, try to understand how they can bring the family together. Meanwhile, Olivia and Ethan try to bring back the spark in their marriage.
