'Welcome To Plathville': Moriah calls Olivia a role model as fans brand her villain after season finale
The Plath family's lifestyle was disturbed when their oldest son, Ethan, married Olivia. Olivia is a free-spirited individual who loves to live life each step at a time and her views were very different from the Plath family. These rules were mainly set up by Kim and Barry Plath who did not allow their children to do certain things.
Everything changed when Olivia entered the house and there were many times when she would try to put forward her way of living. The biggest twist in their tale was Olivia buying a one-way ticket for Moriah to Minnesota without asking Kim and Barry for permission. Ever since the season finale aired, people had been complaining about Olivia being the villain in the family, especially for buying the ticket for Moriah.
However, Moriah has now come out in support of Olivia. Taking to Instagram, Moriah wrote that there was a time when she felt like no one could understand her. "Looking back to a year ago from today, I was grounded, I was miserable, I locked myself in my closet to drown out the noise of all the silence around me. I felt like nobody in the world could ever understand what it felt like to be that alone - not abandoned, but nobody knew I was there in the first place. I felt so so lost," she wrote.
However, everything changed when Olivia entered the family. Olivia and Moriah instantly became close and she even thanked her in the post. "I also can’t say how proud I am of Olivia and I will never be able to thank her enough. A huge role model for me and so many others. She’s one amazing strong women, 2 black hearts are better than I love you, Olivia," she wrote.
In another post, she continued to note how Olivia made a difference in her life as she wrote, "Some don’t realize I’ve been different from the beginning and was bound to change, only with you I’ve had guidance. Thank you." While Season 1 of the show has come to an end and Olivia hinted that she won't be coming back, it looks like the chances of having another Season seem dim.
