The second episode of 'We Own This City' was as compelling and intriguing as the season opener. The HBO miniseries follows the rise and fall of Baltimore's Gun Trace Task Force (GTTF) picks up where it left off. The second episode sees police detective Jemell Rayam (Darrell Britt-Gibson) confess to his crimes while being part of the unit. He was one of the corrupt officers and was the last member of the famed and equally notorious unit to be indicted.

He plead guilty in October 2017 for taking part in 15 robberies, invading the home of a woman at gunpoint, and robbing south Baltimore business folks who owned a pigeon store. Fans on Twitter continued their lavish praise as they tuned in to watch some gripping writing and a phenomenal cast do their job.
