NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On Wednesday, ‘The View’ panel discussed the impact of a vacant Speakership on the Israel aide, which led to an in-depth discussion on the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict.

The hosts discussed different aspects of the ongoing atrocities in Israel before Ana Navarro took center stage to showcase the “contrast” between “war and the seriousness of what’s happening” and the “clown show” in Congress.

As the discussion intensified and continued, Joy Behar, who moderated the segment in Whoopi Goldberg’s absence, abruptly cut off her hosts, bringing the segment to an end.

Ana Navarro presents a ‘contrast’ between Israel and the Congress

‘The View’ hosts discussed the Speakership, and Joe Biden’s response to the Israel-Hamas conflict, among other things before

Ana Navarro took over and brought up two things, “Number one, I think this really strikes a contrast between war and the seriousness of what's happening in that region in Israel and the clown show, the sophomoric infantile high school games being played by our so-called cowardly leaders in Congress.”

Navarro also spoke about Hamas and the “carnage we’re about to see.” Navarro said, “The only people that are to blame for this is Hamas. Hamas is going to be the ones culpable for what's going to happen in Gaza. They are holding Gaza hostage.”

The hosts briefly brushed upon the “6 billion” and Navarro quoted a Congressman who claimed, “not one cent of the 6 billion had moved.”

To this Alyssa Farah Griffin responded, “That doesn't change the fact that Iran very likely did back this. Hamas does not have the sophistication to carry out an attack without financing.”

Sunny Hostin puts her ‘legal hat’ on

Sunny Hostin shed some more light on the situation, “I heard a lot of the things that you heard, that everybody heard. And I understand the anger that there is there, but we need to also recognize that the Palestinians that are there now, that are descendants of refugees, have not had a democratic election since 2007, okay?”

Joy Behar interrupted Hostin twice, “Because of Hamas!”

Hostin continued, “And so when you look at international human rights law... I'm just putting my legal hat on, this is not the Sunny hat. I understand the anger, but when you decide to retaliate collectively against a people, that is also in violation of human rights law. So we have to look...”

Behar interrupted Hostin again, “The Israelis are warning all of the civilians...but...Israelis warned the civilians we're coming in. Get out of the area.”

The hosts erupted as they talked over each other, and Behar looked annoyed. As Hostin spoke, Behar talked over her and repeatedly said, “We have to go,” as she waved her hand at one of the cameras before looking down at her cue cards.
