Epstein victim Virginia Roberts says Prince Andrew had sex with her after engaging in foreplay in the bath when she was 17
Virginia Roberts Giuffre has shared further details on allegedly having sex with Prince Andrew in 2001 when she was just 17 years old. She claims to have slept with Prince Andrew at Ghislaine Maxwell's London townhouse after Andrew had earlier given her vodka at a nightclub.
During an interview on NBC's Dateline, Giuffre opened up about sleeping with the Duke of York. Andrew has always denied the allegations made by Giuffre, terming them "false" and "without foundation" and saying any suggestion of impropriety with under-age minors is "categorically untrue".
Giuffre, now 35, however maintains that she is telling the truth. "He was an abuser, he was a participant. The first time in London, I was so young. Ghislaine woke me up in the morning and said, 'You're gonna meet a prince today.' I didn't know at that point that I was going to be trafficked to a prince," she revealed.
She added how they headed to 'Club Tramp' and Prince Andrew gave her some alcohol which she is sure was vodka. Giuffre recalled how after they left the club, her 'madam' Maxwell told her that Prince Andrew was coming with them and she needed to "do for him what you do for Epstein."
According to court documents, Giuffre then went back to Ghislaine's townhouse where she and Andrew had some 'foreplay' in the bathroom and then had sex in the bedroom. "He wasn't rude or anything about it, he said, thank you and some kind of soft sentiments like that and left," she said in the interview.
"He denies that it ever happened, he's going to keep denying that it ever happened bu the knows the truth and I know the truth," she continued. The Buckingham Palace earlier issued a statement on behalf of Andrew which read, "It is emphatically denied that the Duke of York had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts. Any claim to the contrary is false and without foundation."
