Vince Vaughn charged with DUI, could face up to 360 days in jail

After being arrested in June at a police checkpoint in, California, Vince Vaughn has now been charged with driving under the influence, US Weekly reports.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney charged the 48-year-old actor with three misdemeanors in all. In addition to driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, he was also charged with driving with .08 percent blood alcohol content or higher and with refusing to comply with a peace officer or to submit to inspection. The charge comes nearly three months after the 'Wedding Crashers' star was arrested at a police checkpoint in Manhattan Beach, California.
