Victoria Beckham's crystal healer, Emma Lucy Knowles, suggests women should carry rocks in their bras to bring love and confidence
A crystal healer has shared that women should carry rocks in their bras to bring love, confidence and in some cases even pain relief. Both Victoria Beckham and Lousie Redknapp have sought advice and help from the same crystal healer, Emma Lucy Knowles, while they were going through difficult periods in their lives.
It has been reported that the healer even blessed Victoria's designer store. Thirty two-year-old Emma has worked as a clairvoyant for around 15 years and even appeared on ITV's 'Lorraine' to speak about how crystals have totally "changed her life".
She claims that placing a tiger eye in your bra can actually help bring about confidence on a first date, using rose quartz will help out with unconditional love and is also great for the skin. The peridot crystal can actually help women in contraction pains, she continued.
The healer explained to host Christine Lampard that, "[Crystals] changed my life. Given the nature of my job I am a clairvoyant and a healer, I have had to go through my own healing process and in that time I have been able to understand myself and they gave me such a comfort and a strength and they became like friends". She also went on to describe how crystals had been able to serve the different purposes that she needed.
"For me, they act like lenses. I think we over complicate these things, there is energy all around us and we’re made from energy. They help pull in energy from above and they also help us bring out blocks in our body and we can use them as filters, we can use them along our chakra lines, we can hold them in our hands, have them in our bra or at home. They can bring in a vibration that we want to attract and remove something from our lives that possibly feels toxic or that we’re tired of," she continued.
Emma claims that it is crucial that crystal users place the crystals in certain parts of your home or on your body to be able to get the most out of them. She also revealed that she herself had placed crystals in her bra on many first dates to help her gain confidence. Of course, she has faced a lot of backlash and cynicism from people who believe that crystal healing is nonsense but she welcomes the critique.
"Having skepticism about something is quite healthy, as long as you inquire and are inquisitive. I also believe if it makes you feel it just looks pretty great it is invoking a reaction in you. You have to spend time with them, that has been my journey with them for the past six years, that is what the book came about. I want to teach people how to use them, they need to get to work," she concluded.
