While the world is busy dreading the deadly coronavirus, ‘Vanderpump Rules’ star Lala Kent is busy cracking jokes about it, before going into self-imposed quarantine. On Thursday, March 12, the reality star took to her Instagram to post a video on her IG story. The star can be heard declaring that she would “get into trouble” for sharing her very controversial insight on coronavirus.

Lala can be seen sporting a grey hoodie with her blonde locks tied up in a bun, while she says, “I just don’t feel that God would give me coronavirus before I get married. I just don’t see that happening to me. Let’s just say I do get it before my wedding. I feel like that means that God is like, ‘B***h. You need a little publicity.’ That’s the only way I would get it I feel.”

Lala recently revealed that she would be marrying her producer-boyfriend Randall Emmett in Newport Beach, California on April 18. Interestingly, Lala’s post came hours after the news of Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson were tested positive and went into quarantine. Needless to say, the reality star received a lot of backlash for her insensitive remarks about the virus that has taken the lives of 112 people and infected more than 6,000 people in the US.

Later she posted a message on Instagram saying that she would quarantine herself. She wrote, “About to quarantine my ass off. This whole situation has been way too heavy. I’ll catch y’all when this is over. Until then, be safe, stay healthy, and try not to kill each other over toilet paper 👋.”

It might be a joke to Lala, but her co-star Stassi Schroeder might not be in a mood to laugh at it. Stassi and her fiancé Beau Clarke planned an October wedding in Italy. Considering, Italy has had maximum casualties from the virus after China, the couple may be reconsidering their wedding venue.
