A US Navy submarine commander who procured the services of 10 female prostitutes while stationed in the Philippines was relieved of his duty last summer.
Following an investigation, Captain Travis Zettel was disciplined back in August after he lost the confidence to command attack submarine USS Bremerton, Daily Mail reports. Later her was administratively reassigned to the staff of another naval submarine.
