According to multiple reports, a husband who was checking Google Maps to find the best way to get to a bridge in the Peruvian capital city of Lima was stunned when he spotted his wife with another man on Google Street View. He saw a familiar figure stroking the hair of a man while sitting on a bench with his head on her lap.

A news agency reported that he first recognized the woman when he saw her clothes, which were identical to those of his wife. When he looked closer, he was shocked to realize it was her. A Google camera car captured the said image in 2013, prompting the husband to use it as evidence of infidelity when he confronted his wife, the Daily Mail reported.

The woman in question later admitted to having had an affair with the man. The pair was photographed on a bench by the city’s Puente de Los Suspiros de Barranco – Bridge of Sighs of the Ravine. The photos went viral on social media as soon as the man shared them on his Facebook, garnering several comments from users.

San Pateste, one of the users who commented, said, "What a small world it is… It would have been enough if she said to her husband that she did not love him anymore." Google Maps as well as Google Street view have captured numerous bizarre images over the years as they try to capture the world in 3D. These shots include street robberies, a woman giving birth, a couple having sex by their car, an escaped convict, as well as people dressed as pigeons.
