When Club Med CEO, Xavier Mufraggi decided to go undercover to study how things worked on the resorts managed by him, he was surprised by the things he ended up stumbling over. In his introduction, Xavier talks bout how Club Med was once an extremely popular holiday destination for tourists, but over the years, the chain of resorts began losing some of its popularity. But Xavier is ready to make some big changes to revive the resort's popularity, but before getting to it, he wanted to visit a couple of resorts to check for himself how things were operating.

He began by visiting a resort in the Dominican Republic, and another one in Mexico. While he was visiting the resort in the Dominican Republic, he had a chance to interact with several employees working at the resort. He spoke about how there were quite a few employees who were from abroad, so they are provided with accommodation at the resort premises. Xavier initially seemed very pleased with how employee-friendly the resort was.

But once he began interacting with the employees did he realize how dire the situation was. One of the employees took him back to the employee accommodation and showed him the dingy conditions that they lived in. Xavier was shocked upon seeing how bad they were. He admitted that the last time he saw these rooms was about ten years ago, and back then they weren't that bad. He immediately decided to fix the situation, because nobody should be living like that, especially the employees.

Towards the end of the episode, when Xavier revealed his identity to the employees he worked with, he assured them that the rooms would be fixed and they would get access to better living conditions. He also rewarded all the employees he crossed paths with, for all the hard work and dedication they put in their job. He also promised to work on the infrastructure of the resorts, and update the medical room to ensure the safety of employees and the guests.
