Two seat cushions have reportedly been found by crash investigators who believe that the parts are from the aircraft which was carrying Cardiff City footballer Emiliano Sala when it disappeared from radar over the English Channel on January 21, Monday. Reports state that search crews have been scouring the sea around the Channel Islands since the plane disappeared last week.

The Air Accidents Investigation Branch on Wednesday said: "On the morning of Monday, 28 January, we were advised by the French safety investigation authority, that part of a seat cushion had been found on a beach near Surainville on the Cotentin Peninsula."
