President Donald Trump just does not seem to catch a break. Ever since reports of his alleged affair with adult-film star Stormy Daniels emerged, we now have a third woman filing a lawsuit against him, according to reports.

Jessica Denson, a former Trump campaign staffer, reportedly has come forward with a lawsuit, looking to invalidate a nondisclosure agreement linked to the Republican president, according to CBS. She reportedly signed an NDA as a condition of her employment with the campaign.

Denson's case, however, is different from Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal who have filed suits against Trump after they were given hush money to remain silent about their sexual relationship with Trump. Denson has not been given any hush money.

Reports state that the former Trump campaign staffer had previously sued the Republican for employment discrimination and defamation. Denson said that she joined the Trump campaign as a national phone bank administrator in August 2016. Her employment was reportedly contingent on signing the NDA, which covers everything associated with Trump, from his business affairs to his personal life.

Denson filed a lawsuit against the Trump campaign in November 2016 for discrimination, claiming she was harassed, discriminated against and was subjected to a hostile work environment when she was working for the Republican's campaign. She alleged that things got worse after she was promoted to the position of Hispanic engagement director shortly after she was hired.

The NDA Denson had signed with the Trump campaign requires any disputes to be settled in arbitration — similar to that of Stormy Daniels — and she has filed the latest lawsuit in a New York federal court, seeking to invalidate the NDA. The suit was filed on March 26.

Denson, in her original lawsuit, claimed that the Trump campaign accused her of leaking certain portions of Trump's taxes illegally. She also claimed that the former White House adviser Steve Bannon offered a job in the transition, however, it did not materialize.

President Trump and his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, reportedly asked a federal judge on Monday to order Daniels' lawsuit to be resolved through private arbitration. Daniels filed a lawsuit against Trump earlier this month in a Los Angels federal court, seeking to be released from a non-disclosure agreement between the duo. Daniels claimed that the deal between them stands invalid, considering the Republican president did not sign the agreement.

The adult-movie star, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, and President Trump had an alleged affair, shortly after the First Lady gave birth to his youngest son Barron Trump, according to reports. The speculations of the alleged affair between the president and the adult star were rife after the Wall Street Journal, on January 12, reported that one of Trump's lawyers, Cohen, had arranged a $130,000 payment for Daniels to remain silent about the alleged affair.
