WASHINGTON, DC: Former White House doctor for presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, Ronny Jackson, has voiced concerns about the health and mental capacity of the current president as Joe Biden turns 81 on Monday, November 20.

The 81-year-old POTUS' competence has come under scrutiny after several public falls and stumbles and verbal gaffes. Texas representative Jackson stated on 'FOX & Friends' that the rising concerns — including those from the left — are legitimate.

While pardoning two turkeys at the White House's annual ritual before Thanksgiving, Biden mistook Britney Spears for Taylor Swift, per The Express.

Adding fuel to the fire, Jackson said during his FOX News conversation, "I've been saying for quite some time now, when he was candidate Joe Biden, that I didn't think that he had the cognitive ability to do the job."

The veteran continued by saying that, in his opinion, Biden has "degenerated" during the last three years.

Jackson added, "He's got these people that surround him that are inappropriately encouraging him to continue to run because it builds up who they are and what they do. But our border, our wars overseas, our economy, you know, it's just a disaster right now."

"And he just can't do the job. And it's just on display every day that he's not capable of doing this job anymore," Jackson declared.

Prominent political commentators, such as HBO personality Bill Maher and former Obama adviser David Axelrod, have expressed doubts in recent weeks about Biden's suitability to seek re-election too.

Drawing from his tenure as the White House physician, Jackson asserted that Biden cannot handle the demands of becoming president.

"He can't do this at all," Jackson stated advising host Steve Doocy that Biden is unable to carry out the responsibilities of a president and seek reelection in his current state.

Jackson had earlier stated, "I think his lack of physical ability and his physical decline is now starting to highlight the cognitive decline that we've been watching for so long now," per FOX News.

"It's a package that just doesn't sell around the world, and it's becoming a national security issue for us. We have to do something about it."

Jackson, who is endorsing Trump's 2024 presidential campaign, voiced his remarks after Texas Governor Greg Abbott's appearance alongside the 45th president at a rally and his endorsement.

Jackson's declaration about President Biden's lack of "cognitive ability" to serve another term went viral. Internet users then took to X (formerly Twitter) to slam the former White House physician.

One X user slammed and said, "Biden is doing just fine. You, on the other hand, should not be anywhere near seeing patients."

A second one mocked and wrote, "Trump is no better," while a third one added, "Obviously you haven’t listened to Trump lately."

"You ran for Congress because anyone can do it, and it doesn't require random urinalysis," lambasted another user.

One more mocked and said, "Take 2 Ambien Ronny & wash them down with your fav vodka martini."

Another one explained, "Who can take you seriously Ronny when: 1) You haven't evaluated Biden personally you just looked at videos. 2) When you were Trump's dr you are passed out cold on a overseas trip w/ Trump & his entourage when they needed you & you weren't available."
