'I'll show you a f***ing sir': Transgender woman challenges shop clerk to a fight after being called 'sir'

A video clip of a transgender woman challenging a shop worker to a fight after being called "sir" has gone viral on social media. The clip, which was shot on a mobile phone at a GameStop store in Albuquerque, New Mexico, shows a furious customer at the store claiming she was "misgendered" by the staff when they did not address her as "ma'am."

The customer in the video can be seen demanding their "f***ing money back" from a male employee who used the word "sir" to address her. The transgender woman, who has not been identified, can be seen wearing jeans and a grey hoodie as she argues with another customer at the store who again addresses her as "sir."

A woman can be heard saying in the background: "Excuse me, sir, there is a young man in here. You need to watch your mouth." As the enraged customer yells back, saying: "Excuse me, it is ma'am, it is ma'am. You need to settle down and mind your business, okay?"

The worker at the store then interjects and attempts to calm down the situation, however, the customer yells at him again and threatens to fight him in the street.

"Motherf***er, take it outside if you want to call me sir again. I will show you a f***ing sir," she can be heard telling the store worker in the clip, which was posted on Friday. The customer then storms out after a while and kicks over a huge pile of equipment while heading out.

After a few seconds, however, she comes back charging at the worker again and demanding the store's corporate number.

"I am going to tell them how I have been misgendered several times in this store. I'm going to ask you for the fifth time to stop calling me a man, because quite clearly I am not," she says.

The worker then apologizes to the woman and tells her that he will get her the number. However, the customer still appears engaged and finally walks out after accusing him of disrespecting trans people and claiming that she would inform the "entire LGBT community" about the incident.
