'Total Bellas': Artem and Nikki's mom Kathy go on outdoor adventures, fans can't get enough of them

Kathy thoroughly enjoyed cycling with him, so she invites him for hiking, and even a game of golf. He happily accepts both invites

While Nikki Bella is enjoying her first pregnancy, her fiance, Artem Chigvintsev, has taken to new hobbies. The couple found themselves stuck in Phoenix, Arizona, due to the lockdown, and have decided to stay there for as long as they can, but have the baby in LA. While in Arizona, Artem decided to step out of the house and enjoy the outdoors. 

Artem initially began cycling short distances for some fun, but soon it turned into a routine for him and he began going cycling long distances. When Nikki noticed that Artem was outdoors all by himself, she began feeling bad. She felt sad she couldn't join him for cycling due to her pregnancy. So she decided to make up for it, by gifting him a pair of cycling shorts and finding him a cycling buddy.

Nikki tells Artem that her mother, Kathy, agreed to join him for cycling sessions. Artem was a bit surprised on hearing it and wondered if her mother knew what he did. Nikki assures Artem that Kathy would be just fine because she took spin classes. Artem then points out that spin class and cycling are two very different things, but expresses his enthusiasm over spending more time with Kathy in the outdoors.

In his green room interview, Artem shares that he's okay with doing activities solo and doesn't always need somebody by his side. But he also understands and acknowledges Nikki's guilt and feelings and decides to go with her plan of cycling with Kathy. While cycling with Kathy, Artem engages in some small talk with her, and the duo hit it off instantly. Kathy thoroughly enjoyed cycling with him, so she invites him for hiking, and even a game of golf. He happily accepts both invites.

Fans were pleased to see the bonding between the duo and couldn't get enough of it. A fan tweeted, "Kathy & Artem bonding aww #TotalBellas." Another fan wrote, "Artem & Kathy cycling together how cute #TotalBellas." "I LOVE THAT KATHY IS THE CYCLING PARTNER #TotalBellas.," declared a fan.
