The Bella twins are back with Season 6 of 'Total Bellas'. Nikki and Brie Bella can be seen enjoying pregnancy together in the latest season. But everything isn't peachy for Nikki Bella. Although Nikki and her fiance Artem Chigvintsev, initially planned on having their baby in LA, they found themselves stuck in Phoenix, Arizona, thanks to the lockdown. While Nikki was happy about having her twin sister, Brie, right next door to her, ready to help her through the pregnancy, she still had to worry about her doctors and insurance.

Unfortunately for Nikki, that wasn't the only thing stressing her out. When the sisters realized that their memoir 'Incomparable' was going to be released very soon, Nikki began worrying about how their mother, Kathy Laurinaitis, would react to it. On Brie's insistence, Nikki reached out to her mother and gave her a heads up that certain sections of the book might not be easy for her to read, since she never discussed these incidents with anyone, aside from a select few people. While Kathy's interest was piqued by her daughter's cryptic message, she promised to read the book and get back to them with her thoughts about it.

In her green room interview, Nikki revealed that there were two stories in the memoir from her high school days, which were extremely painful for her to relive while penning down the memoir. She shared that she was raped twice while she was in high school. At that time, Nikki hesitated to tell her mother about it because their parents were going through a divorce, and she didn't want to stress her mother any further. So, she held onto this secret for nearly two decades.

Once the book was released, several news outlets began reporting about Nikki's tragic past. Kathy stumbled upon these and was shocked. So, she immediately called up Brie to learn more about it. Brie gently nudges her mother to read the memoir and then discusses it with Nikki. The next morning, Kathy calls up Nikki and breaks down over the call. She expresses her feeling of failure for not being able to protect her daughter or be there for her. Nikki gently reassures her mother that she was a great mom and then explains how she didn't want to stress her mother while she was going through a divorce. She also admits that she was scared about how the news would be received by Kathy, and was afraid that she might be punished for it, because as a child she thought she would get into trouble for it.

Kathy then extends her love and support to Nikki, and promises to always be there for her. Later, Nikki expresses relief with her mother knowing everything. She then encourages other girls not to hide such instances and to speak up. She also adds that the girls have nothing to be ashamed of or feel guilty about as its not their fault, but instead the other person's fault for doing something so gruesome.

'Total Bellas' Season 6 airs every Thursday at 9/8c on E!
