'Total Bellas': Artem pulls off a surprise proposal, Nikki says she feels like a queen living a dream
Artem Chigvintsev had been eagerly waiting to propose Nikki Bella but he had to make sure he got everything right before the big day. The pair had joked about being married one day but Nikki did not expect the proposal to be so soon. She had hinted marriage was not on her cards any time soon but she had a change of heart when she saw Artem on her knees.
The pair had been dating for a year and have had their ups and downs. Despite this, Artem felt in his heart that it was the right time for him to propose. He decided to listen to his heart. Without wasting any time, Artem started the preparation for the big day. He used rose petals and spread them on the floor along with some candles. Artem also had the perfect wedding ring picked out and the only thing he was waiting for was Nikki. The day finally came when Brie Bella and Nikki came to celebrate their birthday. While Brie had been happy about the birthday celebration, she knew why the day was extra special and could not control her happiness.
As the families came together, Artem decided to take Nikki for a walk. Nikki had earlier joked about not having an orchestra for the birthday celebration and little did she know that Artem had everything prepared. He decided to take her on a tour of the place and then suddenly stopped and offered her a rose. Artem them asked Nikki to dance with him and took her to the room where the rose petals and candles were laid out.
Nikki was surprised to see the decorations but did not expect a proposal coming. Artem took this opportunity to say a special speech he had prepared for the occasion and confessed to Nikki that meeting her was fate. He further admitted that falling in love with Nikki had not been in his control and he was looking forward to seeing every sunset and sunrise with her.
While Nikki thought it was a speech Artem was delivering for her birthday, she was shocked to see he had a ring in his hand. Artem went on his knee and asked Nikki if she would marry him. She was quick to say yes and the pair embraced each other with a kiss. Nikki admitted she felt like a queen and that she was living a dream.
