Tomi Lahren slammed for saying NO evidence in George Floyd death was about race: 'Few tweets away from N-word'

Conservative commentator Tomi Lahren came under fire on Tuesday, April 20, following her comments on George Floyd and she had a big bunch of things to say. In a series of tweets that garnered much dislike from people across Twitter, the Fox News commentator gave her perspective on the Derek Chauvin trial. "What happened to George Floyd at the hands of Chauvin was WRONG but there is still NO evidence it had anything to do with race! Chauvin was found guilty on all counts in under a day. Any violence/rioting/looting that happens tonight can’t be blamed on a racist justice system!" she tweeted.

She followed up her controversial tweet with more. "I agree with the verdict of the trial. I don’t agree and haven’t ever agreed or given a pass to lawlessness in the name of George Floyd or anyone else. I also loudly condemned what happened on Jan 6th. I’m consistent. The Left isn’t. BLM isn’t," she said.

Tomi further tweeted in view of the backlash on social media: "And when I say “your” justice I am referring to the groups who have been loudly declaring “no justice, no peace” as an excuse to ravage communities. Never said I disagreed with the verdict. Never said Chauvin wasn’t wrong. Simply said you don’t get a pass to anarchy because of it," she concluded."

But most controversially, her tweets seemed to come an hour after she originally tweeted: "You got your justice so I’d assume there will be peace in Minneapolis tonight? No rioting? No looting? No harassing officers?" and added: "Is the Foot Locker safe tonight? Should be, right? Justice, right? No need to steal in the name of George Floyd anymore, right?"

Social media trolls Tomi Lahren

"Why don’t y’all have Tomi Lahren blocked is the real question? It’s 2021, free yourselves," asked a Twitter user. "T-minus 5 years until Tomi Lahren is spit out of the bottom of the porn industry," said another. "I thought Tomi Lahren was replaced by the s**t-herself-gun-chick who got replaced by the Q-razy qongress lady who replaced the OTHER gun broad that replaced ..." said a third. One user said: "I think Tomi Lahren is just a few tweets away from saying the N-word."

"Tomi Lahren wants to say the "N" word so badly....in public," quipped another.

'Hotness is the real commodity'

"What people really don't understand is that the only appeal of someone like Tomi Lahren is that she is hot and aggressive. That's it. Her politics could be a coin flip and she would still get famous and trend on Twitter. Hotness is the real commodity," one Twitter user opined. "What Tomi Lahren says nowadays is never surprising, she even once referred Black Lives Matter to the new KKK before," said another. A third had a solution. "Stop quote-Tweeting Tomi Lahren + other conservatives and let them shout into the void. Their entire business model is built off of your engagement, attention, and outrage. Block them and go!," they said.
