'Titans' Season 3 will begin airing on DC Universe in the fall of 2020.

Titans Season 3 announcement (DC Universe)

Plot

At the moment there's no information on how Season 3 will go but with three episodes left to go in Season 2, the Titans are currently having a moment of crisis. After it was revealed that Dick was responsible for the death of Jericho Wilson (Chella Man), the team disbanded and went their separate ways, leading to Dick getting sent to prison because he's done with heroics and life in general, though he will certainly be making a comeback under the new identity of Nightwing.

Meanwhile, Koriand'r / Starfire (Anna Diop) has to deal with her evil sister Blackfire(Damaris Lewis), Rachel Roth / Raven (Teagan Croft) is trying to get a handle on her powers, and Garfield Logan / Beast Boy (Ryan Potter) is being held by Cadmus Laboratories alongside Conner Kent (Joshua Orpin) and Krypto the Superdog. We should be getting a better idea of how Season 3 will go once this season comes to an end.

Cast

Anna Diop, Ryan Potter, Brenton Thwaites, and Teagan Croft in Titans (2018). (IMDb)

The main cast from the first two seasons will most probably be returning for Season 3 with Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson, Anna Diop as Koriand'r / Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth / Raven, Ryan Potter as Garfield Logan / Beast Boy, Conor Leslie as Donna Troy / Wonder Girl, Curran Walters as Jason Todd / Robin, Alan Ritchson as Hank Hall / Hawk and Minka Kelly as Dawn Granger / Dove. Joshua Orpin's Conner Kent / Superboy and Chelsea Zhang's Rose Wilson / Ravager will also probably be returning while other characters like Garth / Aqualad (Drew Van Acker), Jericho Wilson (Chella Man), and Slade Wilson / Deathstroke (Esai Morales) are unlikely to be back except in recurring roles.

Creators

Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, and Greg Berlanti

'Titans' was developed by Goldsman in association with Geoff Johns and Greg Berlanti. Goldsman is an award-winning director, producer, and writer who has worked on a number of blockbuster films and movies including 'A Beautiful Mind', for which he won an Oscar and Golden Globe. Berlanti and Johns are both accomplished writers with plenty of big projects to their names. Berlanti is the creator of a number of hit shows for The CW including 'Riverdale' and 'Arrow' among others. Johns is known for his work writing for both comics and the screen and he was Chief Creative Officer for DC Entertainment from 2016 to 2018.
