Time's Up CEO Lisa Borders resigns after learning life-coach son accused of sexual misconduct
The CEO of the Time's Up movement resigned after learning that her son, who is a life coach, has been accused of sexual harassment. The historic gender equality movement's leader, 61-year-old Lisa Borders announced that she had resigned from her position as president and CEO "with deep regret" to "address family concerns," according to reports. Time's Up movement was formulated in 2018, in response to multiple sexual misconduct allegations in Hollywood.
It was later revealed that Border's son, Garry 'Dijon' Bowden Jr., has been accused of allegedly touching his genitalia and kissing the cheek of a woman during a "healing session."
The woman, identified as Celia Gellert, while talking to the Los Angeles Times, said that Bowden — who works as a life coach and photographer — brushed his erect penis against her during a healing massage session on January 21.
