Tim Conway's daughter Kelly is fighting for rights to be in charge of her father's medical treatments as he battles dementia
Amid 84-year-old 'Carol Burnett Show' star Tim Conway's battle with dementia, his daughter Kelly has asked to be appointed his conservator and sought to be in charge of his medical treatments.
According to documents obtained by People, 56-year-old Kelly filed the documents in a Los Angeles court, claiming that Conway's wife Charlene Fusco is "planning to move him out of the excellent skilled nursing facility he is currently at" and is going to place him in a facility that does not give him access to "registered nurses at all times and his 24-hour caregiver and speech therapist (to help with swallowing)".
