What is hair color changing filter on TikTok?

The hair color-changing filter on TikTok, where everyone seems to be choosing to go blonde, is a trend that no one can seem to avoid. The filter slowly applies a new hairstyle to a person's face and hair; many TikTokers want to see what their hair would look like if they went blonde.

A wave of color steadily lightens or darkens the appearance of hair in users' selfies as it moves from left to right, revealing a completely different person, DISTRACTIFY reported.
