'This Is Us' delves deep into the struggles and insecurities in life. Next week, the NBC show might lean towards Randall Pearson's (Sterling K Brown) anxiety issues in Episode 15 titled 'Clouds'.

A new promo shows Randall finally addressing his troubles and going for therapy. In the trailer, when the therapist asks him, "So what brings you here?" Randall answers, "If it wasn't for me, this whole family would have fallen apart." That's when the therapist rechecks, "Would they?" And at that moment, Randall is out of words. "You—" he stutters, and finally questions again, "Would they?"

So is this Randall’s big breakdown? Well, at least he is trying to work around his mental issues and that's the first step towards getting better. Perhaps, during therapy, his difficulties with Kevin (Justin Hartley) may also emerge and help navigate viewers as to what happened between the two brothers.

The summary of the episode reads, "Kevin spends the day with Rebecca. Toby makes a grand gesture. The Big Three get their report cards." The synopsis hints at another emotional flashback from the past. Moreover, it might show a glimpse of whether Toby and Kate can sort out their issues.

Many fans are wondering what happened between Kevin and Randall if it was not about his mom's illness. "So if Kevin isn’t mad because Randall was keeping his mom’s diagnosis from him... why is he mad?" one tweet read. Another viewer speculated, "Randall is going to tell the family he kept them together and that’s why nobody is speaking to him."

One fan said: "Wonder why Kevin and Randall stopped speaking? I’m guessing he has a melting point." Another fan posted, "Oh my goodness!! Kevin and Randall and the time capsule!"

The episode will air on NBC next Tuesday, February 25, 2020.
