Spoilers for 'The Walking Dead' Season 10 Episode 18 'Find Me'

If you've been waiting for Daryl Dixon's (Norman Reedus) story, 'The Walking Dead' Season 10 Episode 18 'Find Me' finally has the answers. Many who are huge fans of Daryl, a character that isn't part of the comics, know that he had spent about six years living on his own after Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) apparently "died".

In 'Find Me', we find out what Daryl has been up to during those years, and you'll be happy to know that he wasn't completely alone. The episode, told in a flashback fashion, also brings up a new character named Leah (Lynn Collins). Reports indicate that, while on his own, Daryl had met her and her puppy named Dog — he was named by Leah. Read on to know more about the character.

Who is Leah?

Bustle reports that Leah had been taking care of herself after she had lost her family. While Leah, Daryl and Dog were living in her cabin, one day Daryl comes back to find that Leah is missing leaving a note behind that read "Find Me".

This isn't too surprising considering showrunner Angela Kang had spoken about this last month saying, "[Daryl and Leah] have a very complex situation that arises after they meet. So we wanted to tell this story from Daryl's past, and I don't want to say too much more, but let people kind of see how it unfolds between them."

Daryl has never, in the series, been part of a romantic relationship — even though many wanted to see him with Carol, Beth and even Connie. However, 'Find Me' reveals that Leah had left because Daryl couldn't commit to her. Interestingly, like Daryl, Leah's character is also not part of the comics.

This would make this relationship all the more interesting. To be fair though, without revealing too much, Daryl was trying to figure out if he should explore his feelings for Leah or continue to search for his brother. Either way, while we don't know where Leah went, Daryl had Dog to keep him company for the next six years. That leaves us with one question — will Daryl find Leah?

Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon and Dog (AMC)

The official synopsis of the 'Find Me' episode reads, "Daryl and Carol find an old cabin that takes Daryl back to his years away from the group after Rick disappeared. He relives the painful memory of meeting a reticent survivor and the toxic events that amplified his relationship with Dog."
