UNIVERSAL CITY, CALIFORNIA: According to spoilers, Kara Tenae will advance to the Playoffs in 'The Voice' Season 24. Her rendition of SWV's 'Rain' earned her a standing ovation from Gwen Stefani and John Legend.
Dressed in a blue co-ord set, Kara seemed to be confident and smooth in her singing. A fan claimed, "She is giving me Ashanti and Brandy vibes. We need a true R&B female singer for this show."
Furthermore, one spilled the spoiler saying "SPOILER Advancing for Gwen - Kara, Tanner, BIAS Eliminated - Rudi, Stee, Lennon (She supersaved him from Team Niall)." Another praised the singer, "She’s really giving me old R&B feelings and I’m loving it."
"Oh wow she ate this," commented a fan. "That was sexy," wrote another. "Oh she eating! She gone be big regardless !" claimed a fan.
One claimed, "Her voice is beautiful but the band was a little too loud in the beginning and it drowned her out."
A fan called the performance to be Grammy worth, saying, "I literally thought I was watching a Grammy Performance!"
Niall Horan dubs Kara Tenae's performance to be his 'favorite'
After Kara's soulful performance, Niall Horan seems to have been left mesmerized. He instantly claimed, "oh Kara, that was my favorite performance you've done."
He added, "It was so good. You never overperformed." He then explained how easy it is for a singer to get into a song and get taken away by it. But, Kara held tight herself as she performed and added the needed spice.
Niall claimed, "You always performed the song like it's meant to be performed. That was really really good."
John Legend believes Kara Tenae looked like a 'star'
John Legend claims he was left feeling 'nostalgic' after he heard Kara singing 'Rain'.
Moreover, 'All of Me' singer said, "This is good for your voice, you sounded magical."
John believed Kara had all the essence of being a star. He said, "You just look like a star on stage and you control your movements in a way that is so savvy and beautiful."
John claimed that Kara's performance in the Playoffs was his favorite as well.
On the other hand, Gwen praised Kara's humbleness and her eagerness to learn new things.
