'The Voice' Season 19: Tori Miller fills up Gwen Stefani's team, fans say she 'oozed emotion' in performance
With Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson sitting with all spots filled in their respective teams, singer Tori Miller tried her luck with John Legend and Gwen Stefani who were yet to complete their respective groups. The 26-year-old crooner performed to Keith Whitley's ‘When You Say Nothing at All’ and could only manage to get Gwen Stefani’s attention.
Legend, who was equally eyeing for a contestant to complete his team in the blind auditions of ‘The Voice’ Season 19, did not turn his chair around at all. Gwen Stefani was more than happy to pick Miller in the end. The Internet also seemed happy with the decision. Season 19 of 'The Voice' premiered on October 19, 2020. As of now, Team Legend's contestants are Tamara Jade, John Holiday, Cami Clune, Sid Kingsley, Rio Souma, Olivia Reyes and the latest Julia Cooper. Team Blake consists of Ian Flanigan, Jim Ranger, Taryn Papa, Aaron Scott, Jus Jon and the latest Ben Allen, Sam Stacy and the trio Worth the Wait.
Team Kelly has Joseph Soul, Eli Zamora, Marisa Corvo, Madeline Consoer, Ryan Gallagher, Kelsie Watts and Tanner Gomes whereas Team Gwen has Lauran Frihauf, Payge Turner, Liam St. John, Chloe Hogan, Ryan Berg, Carter Rubin and the latest addition Van Andrew.
The new season of 'The Voice' is being hosted by Carson Daly. Season 19 episodes will be aired on NBC. Fans can also catch the singing reality show on the official website of NBC and on their official app along with the network's new streaming service Peacock. Todd Tilghman was announced as last season's winner from Team Blake at the age of 42 making him the oldest winner in the series history, a record previously held by Josh Kaufman.
