'The Voice' season 17: Fans find Kelly Clarkson 'annoying' because she keeps interrupting the contestants while they are singing

Kelly Clarkson was set to take great talents into her team but many fans are not happy with her behavior on the show.

The Voice season 17 premiered with Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, John Legend, and Kelly Clarkson taking on their role as judges and going through a pool full of talents. While fans were excited to see what this season would bring to the table one thing that did not sit well with them was Clarkson's behavior on the show. Fans labeled the singer as "annoying" and requested for her to not interrupt the contestants while they are singing. Many even took to social media to express their disappointment over Clarkson's behavior throughout the show.

Many fans expressed that Clarkson was loud throughout the show which made it unenjoyable. "I really want to watch #TheVoice but the extra loud Kelly Clarkson," read one comment. Another added, "She's annoying! Stop talking over everyone and especially shhhh when someone is singing. I changed it. She gives me anxiety."

Others thought that Clarkson was trying to steal the attention. "Kelly Clarkson is a very annoying attention hog.#TheVoice," read one comment. Another added, "#TheVoice Kelly Clarkson could tone it down a bit. Annoying."

Some fans even went to the extent of requesting NBC to ask Clarkson to tone down a bit. "Dear @NBCTheVoice Can you please tell @kellyclarkson to keep her mouth shut when people are singing. It is extremely annoying - no one wants to hear her yapping! Not to mention how disrespectful it is to the singers! It's bad enough we have to hear her between singers," read the comment.

For others, their opinion about Clarkson changed after watching the show. "I used to think Kelly Clarkson was awesome. Watching The Voice makes me think she's the most annoying human on the planet. Seconded by myself, of course," a fan tweeted.  Meanwhile, some thought that Clarkson was trying to replace Adam Levine by getting into a friendly argument with fellow judge, Blake Shelton.

"#TheVoice If I have to listen to @kellyclarkson trashing @blakeshelton all season then I’m not watching...she needs anew storyline," noted a fan. However, there were many who loved the energy Clarkson brought into the show. "Wasn’t sure how #TheVoice would be without my favorite Adam and Blake banter but really it’s @kellyclarkson’s banter that wins EVERYTHING," wrote one fan and another chipped in saying, "kelly_clarkson #VoicePremiere is the best. I love watching the voice because you are such an inspiration to me as a person. #alwaysteamkelly".
