'The Voice' season 16 is nearing its end and before we know it we will get to witness who wins the title this season. Just this week we saw the Top 24 contestants who battled against each other during the Live Playoffs being cut down to the Top 13 contestants which include the Comeback Stage winner LB Crew.

After the Top 13 was revealed it came to light that Blake Shelton has the most number of contestants on his team. It is speculated that this was made possible because of the Live Cross Battles that allowed the public to vote for their favorite artists, whereas during the previous seasons the coaches were the ones to choose the winner.

Out of the 13 who were selected to move on to the next round, Shelton's team has six contestants, John Legend's team has three contestants, and both Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine has two contestants each in their team.

Heading on to next week, fans will get to decide the songs contestants will sing. With 'Fan Night' set to air on Monday, the eliminations will be like the previous season where the Top 7 contestants with the most votes will move on to the next round, three will be eliminated and three will perform for an 'Instant Save' where only one contestant will be selected to join the Top 7 revealing the Top 8 contestants.

With that said, as fans are waiting in anticipation to see if their favorites make it to the next round, one of them clearly has a big fan following.  And that is none other than Mari Jones. The 20-year-old singer belongs in Team Adam and has her performances speak for herself.

Making her mark in the competition, during her blind auditions she performed her version of “Boo’d Up” by Ella Mai. Her unique voice got her quick chair turns from Levine, Legend and Clarkson. After a lot of convincing Jones decided to join Team Adam.

Jones's mother is a singer and father is a songwriter and producer and growing up in a musical family has obviously rubbed off on her.  Her parents are also worship leaders in the church. Hailing from  Clermont, Jones revealed that she did most of her singing in the church prior to joining 'The Voice.'

Apart from singing, Jones also has a cosmetology license and works at a salon back in her hometown. Though Jones loves the beauty industry she revealed that her passion is to create music and perform. During her battle round with Anthony Ortiz, Shelton called Jones' stage presence and vocals incredible. Even during her Live Playoff performance, Jones' performance was nothing less than flawless.

Though there is a long way for the finals, fans are already rooting for Jones hoping she will make it through. "She is unbelievable. Mari and @LBCrew should be in the FINALE! Can't losing another great singers, after Kalvin and Domenic left," wrote a fan on Twitter.

Another fan said, "She is definitely going to win I can feel it." Adding to that another said, "Your style is what music is missing today! You are the perfect blend of new and old school@marijones."
