Well, we're feeling incredibly out of shape after watching the latest episode of 'The Titan Games'. It was the West Region finals, and boy, was it one hell of a watch from the get-go. Victor Cruz, Wayne Skivington and Exodus Rogers battled it out in a three-way task 'Chain-linked'.

Exodus, who had displayed an enormous amount of strength and perseverance in his earlier outing of the show, fell while climbing the golden log. Victor Cruz was determined to redeem himself and won this round with Wayne as the runner-up. In 'Resistance', Wayne defeated Victor Cruz, and went on to challenge Noah Palicia, the reigning Titan and a three-time winner at Mount Olympus.

Alas for Wayne, he had an ankle injury during 'Resistance', and despite his best efforts, he could not defeat the Palicia Militia (as Noah is referred to). Though Noah breezed through this and retained his title of 'Titan', he went on to make sure Wayne was okay and congratulated him for his performance. Though fans are exceedingly happy for Noah, they can't help but feel for Wayne. It was a gruelling battle, and Wayne put everything on the line to fight this match.

Here's what the fans are saying. "Between Noah's power and experience and Wayne's ankle, we had a feeling that's how things would turn out. Inspiring nonetheless! #TitanGames," a fan tweeted. "You will be remembered, Wayne," another tweeted. "Wayne is a fighter through all that pain, gotta give him #TitanGames," another wrote. "Tough to watch that Mt Olympus match. It was obvious from the jump that Wayne Skivington was battling an injury and just wanted to finish the course. That's a true competitor right there," a fan wrote.

Others hailed Noah as 'King Of The West'. "What a guy," a fan tweeted. "Noah wins, 4-0," one wrote. "Good job Wayne, congratulations Noah," a fan wrote. "Noah Palicia WILL DEFINITELY BE A TITAN IN THE WEST! Wayne gave it his all, but his ankle injury slowed his progress & any chance of vengeance against the ex-@usairforce 'er. #TitanGames#NBCTitanGames @nbctitangames," a fan tweeted. It's not over for Noah yet. He's gone into the finals, but he will be up against Matt Chan, the Central Region Champion. Next week, we're going into the East region. This should be fun!

Tune in to all the action on 'The Titan Games' on NBC at 8 pm.
